Ingredients

For the Pasta

  • 300g pasta (fusilli, penne, or shells)
  • Water for boiling
  • 1 tsp salt

For the Beef Sauce

  • 300g minced beef
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano

Garlic Yogurt Sauce

  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • Pinch of salt

Spicy Butter

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp dried mint

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley
  • Extra chili flakes
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Boil salted water in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.


Step 2: Prepare the Beef

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until soft.

Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add minced beef and cook until browned.

Mix in tomato paste, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

Cook for another 5 minutes until thick and flavorful.


Step 3: Garlic Yogurt

Mix Greek yogurt with crushed garlic and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Keep chilled until serving.


Step 4: Spicy Butter

Melt butter in a small pan.

Add paprika, chili flakes, and dried mint.

Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.


Step 5: Assemble

Place cooked pasta on a serving plate.

Spread garlic yogurt over the pasta.

Top with the seasoned beef.

Drizzle the spicy butter over everything.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
