Ingredients

Bread

  • 6 soft round bread rolls
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional)

Garlic Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp salt

Topping

  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling

Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.

Add fresh cream if needed for a creamier texture.

Transfer to a piping bag.


Step 2: Cut the Bread

Slice each bread roll into 6 wedges without cutting through the bottom.

Keep the bread attached at the base.


Step 3: Fill the Bread

Pipe the cream cheese mixture between every slice.

Fill generously.


Step 4: Garlic Butter

Mix together:

  • Melted butter
  • Garlic
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Parsley

Whisk until fully combined.


Step 5: Coat the Bread

Dip each stuffed bread into the garlic butter mixture.

Coat every side generously.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese if desired.


Step 6: Bake

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
