Return and Refund Policy

Return is possible only if the customer receives the wrong item(s) from our end. Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unscratched, and in the original packaging, or in the same condition the customer received it at the time of delivery. Items will not be accepted for return if they are found damaged, scratched, or used. Return of wrong items will only be entertained when the original invoice/receipt is provided. Item(s) must be checked at the time of receiving the order. Return claims will not be entertained if this step is skipped. Items such as Geysers, Burners, Rangehoods, and Cooking Ranges cannot be checked on the spot at the time of delivery. Complaints (if any) must be registered within 5 working days of delivery. No return or replacement will be accepted once the warranty card has been stamped with the delivery date.
